"Jim was hired on two occasions, firstly to replace a faulty tap within the kitchen and secondly to board out the loft and to install the loft ladder. Jim conducted the work in a manner befitting his military background, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail throughout. The quality of the work is outstanding in both cases. the loft work was especially tricky due to the nature of the loft - is unlevel, with several joists in the way complicating the work. Jim had no problem completing the work and did a fantastic job. I have no qualms about recommending Jim to anyone requiring work completing."
